      <h4>Books By Mail</h4>
Books By Mail is a free service for residents of Etowah County who are
homebound, have a physical handicap which limits access to existing
public libraries, or are age 65 and above who lack transportation to a
public library. <br><br>

    <h4>Electronic Resources</h4>

Personal computers with Internet access are available for public use at the main library and two branch libraries.
